Every Dana Toys parcel is packed by hand in Tirana, gift-wrapped free of charge and sent with tracking. Below are the delivery times, costs and the returns policy in full.

Delivery times are counted from dispatch and exclude weekends, public holidays and customs delays. Exact shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
1. Handmade to order
Every toy is crocheted by hand. Ready-made pieces ship in 1–2 days; if a toy needs to be made for you, add 3–5 days before dispatch.
2. Tracked dispatch
Parcels leave Tirana with tracked postal or courier service. You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is scanned.
3. Duties & taxes
Prices are shown tax-free at checkout. Orders outside the EU may be charged local import duties on arrival, paid by the recipient.
4. Returns
14 days from delivery to return an unused toy in its original packaging for a full refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Returns & exchanges in detail
- • Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will confirm the return address for you.
- • Toys must be unused, unwashed and in their original gift packaging.
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the toy arriving back.
- • Personalised or made-to-order toys can be exchanged but not refunded.
- • If a toy arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it free of charge.
